LongTurn

LongTurn is an alternative way to play strategy games.

Originally applied decades ago to FreeCiv, where we were running it "1 turn per day", I've now created a mod for Crusader Kings III 👑

Time will run super slowly, so much that 30 days of game time will pass in about 1 day of our time ⌛

Thus, you'll be able to connect once a day or even less, do your stuff for 5 minutes or so, and come back the next day.

Disclaimer

Since the game isn't originally programmed to work this way, there will be many quirks, such as AI changing things and taking decisions for you while you are away.

I hope we'll be able to fix some of those eventually 👀

Instructions

Install the mod either from Steam or from Paradox Plaza (linked below).
From the Paradox Launcher, create a Playset called LongTurn, which includes this mod and nothing else.
Join the game at the server ID f67d082a-9b1c-4630-b4f5-b6b3a84c3a78.nakama-1 (this will change when the server is rebooted).
Pick a character. The game won't remember which character you picked, so you'll have to do that yourself 😅
Play. Disconnect whenever you want.
Interact with other players on the Telegram group! Forge alliances, declare wars, discuss deals! 🤘🏼
